Arjun Kapoor is an Indian film actor who appeared in Bollywood films. He was born in a Punjabi family on 26 June 1985 in Bombay, Maharashtra to Hindi film producer, Boney Kapoor and Mona Shourie Kapoor. At first, he worked as an assistant for his father’s production films No Entry and Wanted. He did his first debut in 2012, Ishaqzaade and appeared in some films like the Gunday (2014), 2 States (2014), and the satire Ki & Ka (2016) and more. He was the Indian ambassador for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). He supported the United Nations Global Goals in 2015. In 2017, Arjun joined hands with the global movement and campaign to empower and educate women – Girl Rising.

He is the brand ambassador for its ‘Male Grooming’ business by Philips. He is also a brand ambassador for Flying Machine and Royal Stag along with Ranveer Singh and for the world’s leading bicycle manufacturer Hero Cycles. Kapoor co-hosted the IIFA Awards ceremony in 2015 with Singh. At first in the film industry, he worked as an assistant director for the films like Kal Ho Na Ho and Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love and worked as an associate producer for his father’s production. In ZEE Awards he won Best Male Debut Award and much more.
