Actress Arshi Khan took to Instagram on Wednesday (April 21) to inform her fans that she has been tested corona positive and asked them to pray for her. Sharing her health update, Arshi Khan revealed that she got her test done at the Mumbai airport on April 19 and got her results back today.
Her post read, “I just received by COVID test reports from the airport authorities which was done a day before 19th April and I have just tested positive for COVID. I am also experiencing mild symptoms since yesterday. All those who have been in contact with me recently please follow all safety protocols and stay safe. Allah blesses you all.”
The actor also posted several heart and folded hand emojis along with the post and wrote, “Be safe and dua kijiye (be safe and keep praying).” Her Bigg Boss 14 co-housemate and friend Rahul Mahajan was quick to drop a ‘get well soon message and even asked Arshi to call him if she needed anything, to which she replied with a heart emoji.
In the comment, section fans wished for Arshi’s speedy recovery and well being. Arshi joins a long list of actors who have tested positive for the virus in the second wave. Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, Katrina Kaif, Sonu Sood and Manoj Bajpayee have contracted the virus recently.
