CM yogi said ‘states will have to seek UP govt’s permission before employing UP labour’

On Sunday, Yogi Adityanath Ji said that for workers stringent conditions will be imposed for the security of the workers when they will be hired from UP from other states. All the matter will be on the base of such permissions from the government before hiring labour. Yogi Ji said for if they want our people then, they need to have certain permissions and rules followed to hire them because he feels, that some or many people of his states are not being behaved in the proper manner. All these thing are been said to him through journalists through video conferencing. The CM said all migrant workers who have returned to the state were being registered and their skills mapped by his administration.

Prof. Kundu said. “Article 19 (1)(D) guarantees freedom to move freely, and 19(1)(e) the freedom to settled in any part of the country…so the need for permission can be legally challenged,” “UP does not have the capacity to absorb all the returnees, as the population growth is higher than the national average,” he said.

Being a responsible person he sid, for it is such a massive challenging task for people to return to their place on their feet, and he is the only one who made buses to pick them up and make them reach to their destined places. So, returning them back to work is again the responsibility of the government of UP to take care of the things in a well-versed manner.
