Cops in Gurgaon watch as Cow Vigilantes beat up an unarmed man over the suspicion of beef transportation.

India is a diverse country and people over here have faith in the all-natural living and non-living elements and worship them as it is considered a gift of God. In the same way, the animal Cow is considered to be holy and it is treated like a mother. In India, selling of cow’s meat that is beef is considered illegal in the Court of Law. People protest and fight against such happenings.

Recently, on Friday morning near Gurgaon, cow vigilantes beat up an unarmed man over the suspicion of beef transportation. A group of cow vigilantes came and stopped a pick-up truck. The group pulled down the driver over suspicion of beef smuggling and he was brutally beaten by the group until the police came and stopped people from beating. A video went viral in the social media which was highly disturbing.

In a statement with police, the man said that he has been supplying buffalo meat and is into this business for 50 years. Though police have sent the meat in laboratory for testing and the suspect is put behind the bars.
