Actor Ghanshyam Nayak, extensively known as Nattu Kaka in popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, recently undergone a surgery at a hospital in Mumbai.

He was complaining about the uneasiness in his neck due to which he was admitted to the Suchak Hospital in Malad. He was diagnosed with a lump in his neck and was treated accordingly.
Nayak informed that eight glands that were removed from his neck. He told, “Eight knots were removed. And, I really don’t know how so many had formed. Those knots have been sent for further testing but I have faith in God, jo bhi Karega achcha hi Karega.”
The surgery lasted for four hours and Nayak has now been advised at least a month of bed rest. Dilip Joshi, who plays the role of Jethalal in the same show, was quite excited to see his co-star back on the sets. “Dilip Joshi Ji was so happy seeing me on the sets. He told me you were the life of the show and I am glad you are back. The entire unit is very happy and I also love them very much,” Ghanshyam told Etimes.
