Cursed is an action and adventure drama series released on Netflix in July 2020, which is the adaptation of the fictional novel “Cursed” written by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler.
The season 1 is directed by Zetna Fuentes and stars Katherine Langford, Devon Terrell, Daniel Sharman and Gustaf Skarsgard in lead roles. The 10 episodes long series with a run time of fifty to sixty minutes each revolves around Nimue, a sorceress, who is believed to have been cursed.
Netflix summarizes the series as; “Armed with mysterious powers and a legendary sword, young rebel Nimue join forces with charming mercenary Arthur on a mission to save her people”.
The series retells the story of the Arthurian legend, but this time it is primarily focused on the Lady of the Lake, Nimue, who had been part of many stories of King Arthur. The series has everything from action and adventure to romance. So, if you are interested in watching some mysterious drama, then “Cursed Season 1” is the perfect thing to binge on.
