Good luck Sakhi, the much-anticipated movie is set to release on June 3, 2021. The film was completed last year on September 6, 2020, and was set to release last year, but the government had levied lockdown due to skyrocketing cases of coronavirus. The trailer of the film was released last year on 15th August 2020.
The trailer unveiled that Sakhi, who is played by Keerthy Suresh, is being addressed as “Bad luck Sakhi” by her villagers. Furthermore bad things keep on happening in Sakhi’s life. The role of “Bad luck sakhi” is intensified further when her groom, with whom she was set to marry, met with an accident. Aadi Pinisetty is all set to portray the role of friendship with Sakhi, and depict a really strong bond between the two. Moreover, towards the end of the trailer, it can be seen that Sakhi undergoes vigorous training to become a sharpshooter to compete at national level.
The character of the coach is being depicted by Actor Jagapathi Babu. The film is directed by Nagesh Kukunoor and is a compilation of sports, drama and romance genres. It is all set to release in multilingual languages i.e. in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
