Shahid Kapoor will be seen again in the film as a cricketer. Before this, Shahid played the character of a cricketer in the 2009 film ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’. In this film, Mrunal Thakur will be seen in the role of Shahid Kapoor’s wife and Pankaj Kapoor as Shahid’s mentor. ‘Jersey’ will be released in theatres on December 31, 2021.
