The Marathi drama Jhimma will be hitting the silver screen on November 19. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on April 23 but due to a hike in covid 19 in the country, the release date got postponed.
The movie is directed by Hemant Dhome. The announcement to push the release was made by the director along with the actors in a special video through social media. The film is written by Irawati Karnik. The cast include Suhas Joshi, Sonalee Kulkarni, Siddharth Chandekar, Kshitee Jog and Suchitra Bandekar.
This slice of life film is about seven women of various age groups who went on a trip to London where they were accompanied by a tour guide. The plot revolves around the experiences and challenges of these women on this trip and how they discovered themselves. The music in this film was composed by Amitraj while lyrics were written by Kshitij Patwardhan.
