Kathmandu Connection will be streaming on Sony Liv on 23rd April. The series revolves around the 1993 Bombay Blasts. The series has been directed by Sachin Pathak.
It stars Gopal Dutt, Amit Sial, Aksha Pardassany, Anshuman Pushkar, Anurag Arora and Vikram Singh Sodha. The web series trailer was released two weeks ago on YouTube. It has crossed 5.9 million views.
The audiences have liked the trailer and are excited about its release. Sony Liv has been producing great content, web series like Scam 1992 starring Pratik Gandhi had been applauded for its story, direction, acting performances and music. Films like Bhosale have received rave reviews from all circuits.
Manoj Bajpayee’s performance in the film earned him a National Award for Best Actor this year. Many films have previously touched upon the sensitive topic of 1993 Mumbai blasts like Black Friday and Sanju. The web series looks interesting and aims to cover the intricacies and details of the events leading up to the blasts.
