On August 25, the Netflix original movie Killer Book Club will be released. Carlos Alonso Ojea, who wrote the screenplay, is in charge of directing the film. A group of young people will be threatened by a writer who wants to remain anonymous to reveal his dark secret after participating in a costume joke that results in a fatal accident and pact silence.
Their stalker makes ominous social media theatres publish a graphic horror novel about them. One will pass away in each chapter.
The group will start a battle for survival in the Centre of the college campus while harbouring mistrust for one another.
The next victim or the murderer could be any one of them. The horror and thriller subgenres make up the movie.
