Plot- Innocent Gulmohar, a resident of a distant part of Bihar, fell in love with a Muslim guy who worked as a teacher at a Madrasa (School). When Gulmohar’s boyfriend learned that she was pregnant one day, his orthodox beliefs came into play, and he vehemently denied having any relationship with her in front of the entire village. With the assistance of Muslim extremists, he also attempted to murder her in the name of religion, but Gulmohar managed to escape. Later, when Gulmohar saw a movie for the first time while working in a cinema hall, she was astounded and enthralled by the magic of cinema.

She began to feel the benefits of watching films. Gulmohar began acting and behaving more like the idealised people from novels and films. She saw a lot of realistic films, picked up a lot of knowledge, and received an education. In this way, Gulmohar transformed into a sane woman thanks to the influence of film. In the finale, Gulmohar visited her village and exacted revenge on her boyfriend and the community of traditional Muslims.
