The upcoming skater girl is a sports drama movie directed by Manjari Makijany. The story revolves around Prerna who hails from a local village in Rajasthan, is a teen who is confined to four walls of traditional duties.

But, when London-bred advertising executive Jessica arrives in her village, Jessica with her old friend introduces Prerna and other local children to the zealous adventure of skateboarding. The local kids were enamoured by the sport, they went around skating in the village causing havoc everywhere.

Committed to building a skateboard park for the kids who recently discovered their new passion, Jessica sets out on an arduous conflict, leaving Prerna in a muddled position to either conform to societal norms or follow her dream of participating in the National Skateboard Championship.
