American filmmaker, Wes Anderson is back with a multi-story movie that brings to life a collection of stories from the final issue of an American magazine published in a fictional 20th-century French city.
The story has been written by Roman Coppola, Hugo Guinness, Jason Schwartzman along Wes Anderson. The music is done by Alexandre Desplat and the cinematography was done by Robert Yeoman. The casting director of the movie has made one of the excellent set of actors including Timothee Chalamet, Tilda Swinton, Bill Murray, Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Owen Wilson, Saorise Ronan, Frances McDormand and Jeffrey Wright.
The movie is a tribute to the New Yorker magazine, which have one of the most talented sets of writers, collegiate office culture and typographic layout. The movie was first screened on the 12th of July at the Cannes film festival and will be released in the US and UK on the 22nd of October.
