Goa Government will conduct SSC examinations from May 21 to June 6

Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced that it will conduct the SSC examination between May 2 to June 6, 2020.

The date sheet for the SSC 2020 Examination will be posted on the website www.gbshse.gov.in.

The examination will start at 9 am sharp for all categories ( General/ CWSN / Pre- vocational/ NSQF category) and all the candidates must reach their respective centres 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. No candidate shall be allowed to appear for any subject if he/she gets delayed by more than 30 minutes after the starting time of the examination. Extra 10 minutes will be assigned for writing paper as one-time relaxation in time.

Those appearing for the exam should not carry any electrical gadgets with them like phone, laptop etc. and they should strictly adhere to the instructions issued on the admit card and the answer book.

29 centres have been allotted the responsibility to organise the exam. Almost 19,680 number of examinees will be sitting for the exam out of which 9,890 are girls and 9,790 are boys.

Earlier this month, the state government of Goa allowed Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education to conduct the exams postponed due to the nationwide lockdown to control the COVID-19 outbreak.
