Sam D`Souza, one of the persons mentioned in the affidavit submitted by Prabhakar Sale, a witness in the Aryan Khan Cruises drug case, has claimed in a television interview that Shah Rukh Khan`s manager Pooja Dadlani paid money to the actor`s son Aryan in the hope of saving him from arrest. But the money was returned when they realized that it was not possible.
Let us tell you that Prabhakar Cell had told in its affidavit that the meeting of three Gosavi, Dadlani and D`Souza had already taken place in early October 3. After this, a person came in a car and handed over two bags to SAIL. Selling these two bags went to D`Souza at Trident Hotel. The affidavit states that D`Souza counted the money and said it was only Rs 38 lakh. SAIL has claimed that Gosavi and others discussed the demand of Rs 25 crore, out of which Rs 8 crore was to be given to NCB regional director Sameer Wankhede.
D`Souza told the TV channel that after a lot of abuse and pressure, we managed to recover Rs 38 lakh from Gosavi, the rest we contributed and returned to Dadlani and was understood that Gosavi was a fraudulent person.
