As per raging rumours re-collaboration between actor Vicky Kaushal and producer-director Karan Johar. According to the report was an impulsive arrangement facilitated by the cancellation of Vicky’s Big Project Ashwathama with producers Ronnie Screwvala and director Aditya Dhar.
Sources tell Karan completely denied any plans of a new film with Vicky Kaushal. Says Karan, “No not at all. There is no film with Vicky Kaushal as of now.” Karan is currently busy looking after his mother who has undergone two complicated surgeries. “She’s back home and recovering well. Still in pain. But that will take a few days,” says the dutiful son. Karan took to Twitter to clear the air on the issue and tweeted, “News articles and speculations making the rounds about the acquisition of #TAKHT are baseless and untrue! I would request media houses to focus on more relevant and critical issues that plague our country and refrain from incorrect reportage! “
On the work front, Vicky will next be seen in Sardar Udham Sindh, a biographical film about Udham Singh, a revolutionary freedom fighter. While Karan Johar is all set to step into the director’s shoes again with his next film titled Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in pivotal roles.
