Indian railway ministry shares a poem and a video on twitter as trains get back on track

The government announced it that passenger trains will again be running from
Tuesday after a gap of 51 days. The news made relief for a lot of people who were
stuck away from their homes in different cities or states due to lockdown caused by
coronavirus pandemic.

To commemorate the unprecedented resumption of the services the ministry of
railways took to twitter and shared a poem as a tribute to the trains which was
accompanied by a video of the train that started on May 12.

The train is called India’s lifeline in the poem and shows how the Indian railways did
not stop operations ever since its beginning and ran even during the emergencies
but in keeping with the unprecedented pandemic it had to cease the operations. The government has now decided to ease the restrictions laid down and Indian railways
are once again ready to serve the citizens.

The netizens liked the poem in a huge appreciation and praised the railways for it.
Some people took a dog at the railway and claimed the ministry to be busy while the
passengers were struggling to make bookings while others pointed at migrant crisis
and claimed that people were being charged an extra fee for their rides home
especially the Shramik trains.
