Kangana Ranaut calls BMC as Maharashtra Government’s “pet”, check here for her statement

Last week Actress Kangana suffered a loss when BMC has destroyed her Mumbai office saying it as an ‘Illegal construction’. Kangana inspected the damage and wrote a letter to the high court for her damage. BMC responded to her request and said that request should be rejected and it is an abuse of process.

Today she took her Instagram in which she shared the rules regarding her property loss. In her Instagram, she mentioned “A special message to the Maharashtra govt and her BMC pet.”The message she shared explained that in case of destruction under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act 1888, can only be done by giving a person a 15-day notice.

She stated that Municipal corporation has violated the rules during the demolition process but the structure is complete, Some compensation should be rewarded for the loss, she Further stated that the compensation should be claimed from the officers who violated the law.

Kangana met the governor of Maharashtra on September 14 before for Manali. She called the demolition of her office by BMC as “rape” and internet users also supported it.
