With pandemic restrictions upliftment after almost a year, the Bollywood industry seems to be back on track as we can see from the last two days there are announcements of the plethora of prominent movies. The latest film to join in is Kartik Aaryan’s starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which is now set to hit the big screens on 19th November 2021. Kiara Advani and Tabu will join Kartik Aaryan as the protagonists.
Kartik Aaryan confirmed the release date with an Instagram post captioned- “No Mo FOMO. Humaara number bhi aa Gaya. #BhoolBhulaiyaa2 to release on 19th Nov 2021”. The post was accompanied by a still from the movie featuring him and co-star Rajpal Yadav. Take a look at it below. The caption sarcastically refers to the ongoing slates of announcements of Bollywood
movies in the last two days. This can be attributed to the government allowing theatres to open with 100% seating capacity.
The film is an independent sequel to the critically acclaimed movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa which hit the theatre in 2007. It was originally expected to hit the big screen on 31st July 2020 before the COVID pandemic halted its shooting.
Kartik Aaryan last featured in the movie Love Aaj Kal alongside young and talented Sara Ali Khan. The release dates of two of his upcoming projects- Dostana 2 and Dhamaka are still unannounced.
