New Delhi Municipal Council headquarter building got sealed after the staff member tested positive for Covid-19. The building got sealed on Wednesday for 48 hours. Three staff member was tested positive for Covid-19.
Apart from these three members, two more employees are having a fever, whose results are yet to come.
An order is issued by the director (coordination) and officer for Covid-19, Virendra Singh said that “The Premises are sealed for 48 hours after employees working at these offices were found Covid-19 positive. All the other staff is directed to work from home during this period.”
The Officials also said, “The Contact tracing of patients is underway. The floor has been sealed for thorough sanitation exercises.”
Two male employees from the accounts department and one male employee from the commercial department pf the municipality tested positive.
