Priyanka Gandhi through a video message asks CM Yogi to allow the buses provided by Congress to run and help the migrants

The Congress leader, Priyanka Gandhi recently through a video message asks CM Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of U.P., to allow the buses provided by Congress to run and help the migrants.

On May 16th, Priyanka Gandhi in a video message on Twitter said that she sought permission from CM Yogi Adityanath to run 1,000 buses at her party’s expense to ferry stranded migrants back home. The secretary in the CM’s office Ashwini Kumar said in a letter to Priyanka’s private secretary Sandeep Singh, the offer made to the chief minister through the letter on May 16 in connection with migrant labourers has been accepted.

Priyanka, after CM Adityanath accepted her proposal to allow the buses to help the migrants, responded to the UP government’s decision as she thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. She tweeted- “Thank you for allowing us to run 1,000 buses at the expense of the Congress to help thousands of brothers and sisters walking on the roads in Uttar Pradesh.”
