Railways to begin 200 non-AC passenger trains from June 1, bookings to start soon

Railways are going to start from June 1, where 200 non-AC trains will start. This ticket will only nook online on IRCTC website. Ticket counters will remain close as prevention of Covid-19. Online ticket booking will start soon, and also the schedule will be listed soon.

There are already 12 special trains for migrants started from May 12.

These are running as special trains from New Delhi station connecting Dibrugarh (Assam), Agartala (Tripura), Howrah (West Bengal), Patna (Bihar), Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Ranchi (Jharkhand), Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Secunderabad (Telangana), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Madgaon (Goa), Mumbai Central (Maharashtra), Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and Jammu Tawi (Jammu and Kashmir).

Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal tweeted that, “Great relief for the workers, about 200 labourers special trains will be able to run on this day, and later these numbers will be increased on a large scale. Apart from this, Indian Railways will run 200 non-AC trains daily as per the schedule from June 1, whose online booking will start soon.”
