Shopping malls in Lucknow will be open but with social distancing guidelines and norms

Lucknow is to open the shopping malls and complexes in lockdown but with following the social distancing guidelines.

Many District Administrations in Uttar Pradesh were issuing for local relaxations and now MHA gave clearance to open the complexes by issuing Rules & norms.

The Lucknow administration said that the complexes cater to customers between 7 am to 7 pm.

The complexes will be allowed to open only 33 per cent of the shops with mutual understanding among shop owners.

By following social distancing only two-three customers will be allowed into a shop at a time, said the Lucknow District magistrate Abhishek Prakash.

He also added: people above the age of 65 and children below 10 years or pregnant women and those who are suffering from multiple diseases will not be allowed to visit the complexes.

Also, the thermal scanning will be ensured at entrances of all complexes.

Shopkeepers and staff will be required to wear gloves and masks and sanitizer will be kept in each shop so that every person sanitizes their hands before entering the shop.

It is also said that complexes will be open for 6 days in a week, while on the 7th day the premises will be sanitised by Lucknow municipal corporation.
