Tanishq, one of the pre-eminent jewellery brands of Tata groups, has decided to open its 328 outlets across the country step by step gradually.
The company proposes to open its first 50 branches on May 10, 2020. They will adhere strictly to all government norms on recommencing of work at the stores to avoid the spread of deadly coronavirus.
A safety ebook has been issued for all staffs and customers which ensures protective measures like contactless communication and maintaining social distancing rules at all times.
Ajay Chawla, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the jewellery section of Titan Co. stated, “ We are reopening our stores in a phased manner because each store has to pass an eligibility test prior to re-commencing operations”.
