The team of Thalaivi is set to launch the trailer of the film on Kangana Ranaut’s Birthday i.e. on 23rd March. The makers have decided to give fans a special treat on this special occasion. Makers are planning to launch in a grand event.
Thalaivi, the trilingual biopic on the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and AIADMK leader J Jayalalithaa. The biopic will trace the journey of one of the most influential women in Indian politics. Kangana has been learning Bharatanatyam and brushing up on her Tamil for the role.
The movie will consist of Arvind Swami playing popular leader and former Chief Minister of the state MG Ramachandran and is directed by Vijay. It was only recently on Jayalalithaa’s birth anniversary that the makers had announced that the film will release in cinemas pan India on 23rd April 2021. Thalaivi is set to release worldwide in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
This will be Kangana’s second film in Tamil after Dhaam Dhoom in which she shared screen space with Jayam Ravi and Laxmi Raai.
