Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Enterprises, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is now streaming on Netflix India. This show features the life of four Bollywood Wives – Maheep Kapoor(wife of Sanjay Kapoor), Neelam Kothari(wife of Samir Soni), Seema Khan(wife of Sohail Khan) and Bhavana Pandey(wife of Chunky Pandey).
It is an eight-episode series which gives us a sneak-peek into to lavish lifestyle of these Bollywood wives. This show is about the women being friends for more than 20 years, all of them married to Bollywood actors. All of the women are beautiful, wealthy and have a happy, perfect lifestyle (and of course talented kids). Their respective husbands and kids made a cameo appearance along with Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan.
The audience has compared this show to The Real Housewives, Keeping up with the Kardashians and Sex and the City. Many netizens took it to Twitter to share their reviews. Some actually lauded the series while many of them rated it as cringe content and waste of time.
This show premiered on Netflix on November 27 across India.
