It will also touch on some of the key topics related to food and eating habits such as the relationship between right eating and overall wellness and challenges associated with food scarcity. Referring to her book, Malaika Arora said, ‘ My goal has always been to facilitate ideas about health and wellness. The book will help us share our insights with people at large. I believe in the overall well-being of our bodies, focusing only once does not support the other. So the idea is to promote good health from the inside out and we have barely scratched the surface yet.’
Malaika is a fitness freak. She regularly practices Yoga and Pilates. Paparazzi often spot her outside her yoga studio. Malaika also has her Yoga studio named ‘ Sarva Yoga’ .
