Netflix drama Worth based on the book “ What is life worth ?” by Kenneth Feinberg is all set to release on September 3, 2021. Directed by Sara Colangelo, it revolves around a lawyer Kenneth Feinberg who is assigned the task of re compensating the victimised families of the 9/11 attacks.
Based on an incredible true event, an attorney who is extremely professional in his work this time finds it extremely strenuous to calculate the worth of life as per the rule of the law. A devastated Kenneth is on the mission to provide the right amount of funds to the affected families.
It is an emotional rollercoaster ride for Michael as Feinberg who has to seek his way out of his emotions and perform the task assigned by the government. Seeing the plight of the affected families melts the heart of the professional lawyer who has to now keep a balance between his emotions and work.
This upcoming drama has an incredible star cast starring Michael Keaton, Stanley Tucci, Amy Ryan, Laura Benanti and more. Michael Keaton can be seen dominating his role with his excellent dialogue delivery. He has never failed to impress us with his acting skills, be it a supervillain role in Spider-Man: Homecoming or Birdman. An amazing screenplay by Max Borenstein and director, Sara Colangelo takes us back in time where the government harsh policies showed how much human life values.
Sara seems to deliver this delicate topic film with excellent direction. This drama deserves a worldwide appreciation which not only depicts the aftermath of 9/11 but how lower class people either way suffer. Worth was already released on 27th August in the US and UK and can now be seen on Netflix on 3rd September 2021.
