The Indian film director, writer, editor, producer, actor Anurag Kashyap, undergo Angioplasty after complained of having mild chest pain Mid-Day resulting in pain and discomfort after which he was rushed to a nearby hospital immediately in Andheri, Mumbai.
He was immediately recommended surgery after which some backlogs were removed from his heart. He is advised to rest as of now for around a week before resuming his work again. It has also been confirmed by his spokesperson that he also underwent an angioplasty and is now recuperating.
Anurag wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming film Dobaara, with Taapsee Pannu and was observed to be missing from Instagram since March. Talking of Twitter, he has been seen sharing people’s request from Covid-19 supplies.
On the work front, Anurag is working on his previously resumed movie “Dobaara” a sci-fi thriller with Taapsee Pannu which also stares Pavail Gulati in the lead. The actress-director duo was previously seen in “Manmarziyaan”. Alongside Anurag was seen with Anil Kapoor in Vikramaditya Motwane’s AK vs AK, the same was released on Netflix last year, and along with being the executive producer he also wrote the dialogues of the film.
