Rumi Jaffrey who’s well known for his works like Gali Gali Chor Hai, God Tussi Great Ho, and Life Partner had his newest workout on the 27th of august. Chehre, a drama mystery movie from Jaffrey stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rhea Chakraborty, Krystle D’ Souza, Kriti Kharbanda, Annu Kapoor and Emraan Hashmi.
The audience has received the movie well and describe it to be engrossing and interesting. It’s rumoured to be based on a 1956 german novel ‘A Dangerous Game‘ by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. The basic plot involves an old man who traps a travel enthusiast into a world of mind games and crimes.
Big B took to Twitter to post a clip from the movie, showing his fans a snippet of himself, Rhea Chakraborty, and Dhritimann Chatterjee. He captioned the same with “Monologue There are moments in a film when the written word for you, becomes the written word for the Universe .. a privilege to be given this moment in my film “CHEHRE”. The movie was all set for a release on the 17th of July, 2020 but was delayed due to the pandemic. The movie is also rumoured to release on Amazon Prime very shortly.
