Civil Aviation Minister says 30000 stranded Indians to return home from 31 Nations

During the second phase of Vande Mataram or Vande Mataram 2.0, 30,000 Indians from 31 countries will return home in 149 flights between May 16 to May 22, says the Civil Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri.

During the first phase of Vande Mataram, the airline company Air India operated total 64 flights and bring 14,800 Indian from May 7 to May 14. Hardeep Singh tweeted about it and announced this new.

“Phase-2 of Vande Bharat from 16-22 May will also include flights from Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Canada, France, Georgia, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand & Ukraine,” he tweeted.
The majority flights are going to Australia where seven flights will go, Russia where sic flights will go, Canada where five flights will go. Armenia, Japan, Nigeria, Italy, Germany, France, Ireland and Nepal are other countries from where Indians will be repatriated.
