Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone got us all nostalgic while posting a picture on her Instagram accoun. The picture has Deepika in a grey hoodie, wearing her traditional million-dollar smile and black round spectacles…err…does this description hit a certain memory? Yea it hit us too! And let’s say we’re not the only ones.
She doesn’t seem to age and yes, looked just like Naina Talwar– her character from her infamous movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013), starring herself and Ranbir as the lead.
Deepika’s character in the movie is that of a nerdy girl, awkward girl who’s always reserved…all these changes by the end of a Manali trip when she embraces her free-spirited side and is seen smiling and laughing a lot.. thoroughly enjoying life. During the trip she falls hard for Ranbir’s character Bunny….but they’re separated as the trip ends.
She captioned the picture “Weekend mood” The picture had her hubby Ranveer nostalgic. Ranveer is known for dropping in cheesy comments on his wife’s post; this time commented-“Oh hi️#Nainatalwar vibes” His comment earned him more than 8000 likes so it’s safe to say we’re all agreeing to this resemblance!
