Shatrughan Sinha and Dharmendra made a spectacular appearance on the popular “The Kapil Sharma Show” this weekend. Both these stars were found reminiscing about their stardom and all the golden days of cinema.
These best friends were seen teasing each other about various topics. Under such circumstances, Shatrughan Sinha jokingly teased Dharmendra about his love life. He said: “Jitna kaam kiya, Kitna Naam kiya, Kitna handsome, jitna Chah logon mein rahi, apart from all that, usne Ek kaam zabardasrt kiya- Ishq kiya. He has always remained a one-woman man, at a time.” He had also called Dharmendra “ Ishq ka Badshah”
To this Dharmendra had nothing else to say than laugh and tell Shatrughan “ Bahut shararati ho Gaya“.
Dharmendra had been married to Hema Malini for 41 years. Previously, she was married to Prakash Kaur. Yet, there does not seem to be any bad blood between the separated couples. Prakash Kaur had even defended him saying that “Why only my husband, any man would prefer Hema to me.“
Throughout the show, they talked about their career and how Dharmendra had always looked up to the late Dilip Kumar. He fondly remembered his past days “Naukri Karta, cycle pe aata jata. Filmy posters me apni jhalak dekhta. Raaton ke jaagta, anhone khwaab dekhta. Subah uthkar aaine se puchta, mai Dilip Kumar ban sakta hu kya”
