Castlevania: The Final Season will premiere on Netflix on May 13, and based on a new trailer released Thursday, the animated series will go all out for the finale, both in terms of better-than-ever animation and the sheer amount of blood and gore.
Season 4 of Castlevania is going back to where it all began, as Sypha Belnades (Alejandra Reynoso) says in the trailer. Everything has led us here, Trevor Belmont (Richard Armitage) adds, putting it even finer.
As Isaac and Hector prepare an army of night creatures, they will have to deal with an attempted resurrection of Count Dracula Vlad Tepes Dracula for short. Alucard (James Callis) will also be present but will struggle to embrace his humanity, according to Netflix.
As factions clash, Wallachia devolves into chaos, with some attempting to seize power and others attempting to resurrect Dracula from the dead. Nobody can be trusted because no one is who they seem to be. These are the final days.
