Netflix India announced its new series decoupled through an Instagram post on March 4. This romantic comedy is expected to be released on the streaming platform this November. The lead roles in this series are played by R.Madhavan and Surveen Chawla and are directed by Hardik Mehta.
R.Madhavan has given various hits in Bollywood such as 3 Idiots, Tanu weds Manu. He has also worked in Tamil movies like Muthamittal, Run, and Anbe Sivam. He made his debut on the OTT platform with a series ‘Breathe’ which was streamed on amazon prime in 2018.
On the other hand, Suvreen was seen in television shows like Kahiin Toh Hoga and Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena. She was also seen in various reality shows like Fear Factor India 2, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, and Comedy Circus Ke Superstars. She started her Bollywood career with Hate story 2 and was seen in movies like creature 3D, Ugly etc.
This series Decoupled involves a story of a Delhi based writer who announced his separation from his wife at a party.
People were seen quite excited about this duo when they saw the Netflix post. Fans commented about being thrilled about this pairing and are eagerly waiting for it to release.
