‘Ron’s Gone Wrong’ marks the first movie to come out of the merger between Disney and twentieth-century fox. Before Fox was brought out by Disney, the company had signed a multi-movie deal with Locksmith Animation. The movie revolves around Barney a socially awkward middle schooler and Ron, his digitally connected device which is supposed to be his ”Best Friend out of the Box’. The device runs into some sort of malfunction which launches them into an action-packed journey in which the two of them become best of friends.
The movie is all set to have a release on the 9th of October on Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and on DVD. The crew for the movie includes the directors Sarah Smith and J.P.Vine, music director Henry Jackman and producers Sarah Smith and Julie Lockhart. The cast for the movie is quite diverse with Thomas Barbusca, Liam Payne, Iara Nemirovsky, Ava Morse, Bentley Kalu, Kylie Cantrall and Audrey Hseih.
