Be it Comedy or Thriller, we have seen how great an actor Sunil Grover is in all genres. This time he comes with a blend of both Comedy and Thriller with his upcoming web series named “Sunflower”, directed by Vikas Bahl, co-directed by Rahul Sengupta and produced by Good Co. and Reliance Entertainment.
Sunflower is a unique situational crime comedy style series. Its trailer is out and by the look of it, you can tell that the conceptualization of the series is excellent. The story revolves around a murder mystery based in a middle-class housing society in Mumbai called “Sunflower”.
You’ll be seeing many familiar faces from the Bollywood industry including Sunil Grover as Sonu Singh, Ranvir Shorey as Inspector Digendra, Girish Kulkarni as Sub-Inspector Chetan Tambe, Ashish Vidyarthi as Dilip Iyer, Mukul Chadda as Mr Ahuja, Radha Bhatt as Mrs Ahuja, Ashwin Kaushal as Raj Kapoor, Shonali Nagrani as Mrs Raj Kapoor, Sonal Jha, Saloni Khanna Patel, Dayena Erappa, Simran Nerurkar and Ria Nalavade.
This murder mystery laced with dark humour is slated to premiere on Zee5 on the 11th of June’21.
