Sigourney Weaver and Alycia Debnam-Carey are the stars of the upcoming seven-part television miniseries The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, which is made by Amazon Studios. It was adapted for the screen by series showrunner Sarah Lambert from the Holly Ringland written by an Australian author. Glendyn Ivin helmed the camera for all seven episodes.
On August 4th 2023 the series is scheduled to release. The Lost Flower of Alice Hart’s story is available on Amazon Prime Video, The tragic loss of Alice’s parents in a mysterious fire when she was nine years old leads to her being placed in the care of her grandmother June at the Thornfield Flower Farm.
There, Alice discovers that there are secrets within secrets about her and her family’s past. This captivating family drama spans decades and is set against Australia’s breathtaking natural landscape, with native wildflowers and plants serving as means of expressing the indescribable. Alice’s journey develops to an emotional climax as she moves past her difficult past and finds herself in a life-or-death struggle with a man she loves.
Through the service of Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Studios announced that the show is accessible in more than 240 countries and territories. A new episode will debut every week until the series finale on September 1, 2023, with the first three episodes being made available immediately after the show’s 4, August after the premiere.
