DU Admissions 2020 process begins, check here all the details

The coronavirus pandemic put everything on the backseat and made the life static of everyone. Now, Delhi University took major step amid this situation to start the 2020 Admission from 20th June 2020.

Admission process commenced into UG, PG, Diploma and Doctoral level programs offered in various fields like engineering, commerce, law, management, science etc. by opening registration window on 20th June, at du.ac.in. and applicants can register till July 4. A second chance will be given to students to update their marks once the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announces its results.

Keeping the concern of ongoing pandemic, Changes have been made in the admission process and there is no offline registration provision to students at all. Students will not be able to select the college at this stage.

For undergraduate programs, admissions will be given to students on the basis merit, or board exam scores and entrance tests. Delhi University Entrance exam, 2020 or DUET 2020 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency or NTA.

For postgraduate programs, merit-based admission is given only to the students of Delhi University for 50 per cent seats. And for remaining 50 per cent, DU PG admission will be given on the basis of entrance exam scores.

M. Phil and PhD applications in Delhi University will be done by Online and applicants can take admission on the basis of entrance exam scores, followed by a mandatory interview.
