Indian Singer Celina Sharma who has been recently facing a lot of criticism has finally reacted to it.
The singer has sung a song named ‘Nach Mera Hero‘ for the Marvel film Eternals has been facing a lot of condemnation about the song. The song was picturized on Kumail Nanjiani who in this song pretends to be a Bollywood superstar.
People reacted to this idea saying the song is not Bollywood enough. Celina revealed that she was spotted by Eternals director Chloé Zhao through one of her Instagram music videos after which she was offered this collaboration.
Reacting to the audience’s comments she said, “I think it’s a Hollywood movie so they wanted something mixed like Hollywood-meets-Bollywood. The whole song was about ‘dance my hero’ so we used that as the phrase throughout the whole song. But I feel like a lot of the production is very, very Bollywood. But also, the scene is very Bollywood. You are going to have to watch it to know what I mean.”
“I think it’s a mix and it’s (about) incorporating that Bollywood sound so I feel like it’s interesting when both the worlds meet together,” Celina added.
