Justice N W Sambre signed a copy of the effective five-page portion of the judgment on Friday. In its order, the court said that Aryan Khan and two co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will be released on furnishing a personal bond of one lakh rupees each and one or two sureties of like amount. Merchant and Dhamecha were also granted bail.

Aryan Khan will get bail only after fulfilling these 14 conditions:-

1. In its order, the court said that Aryan Khan and two co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will be released on furnishing a personal bond of one lakh rupees each and one or two sureties of like amount.

2. Justice Nitin W Sambre said in the order, “The applicant/accused will have to take special care that he does not get involved again in any such case on the basis of which the said complaint was filed against him for offences under the NDPS Act.” Is.

3. The order states that the applicant/accused shall not approach any co-accused, or attempt to contact in any manner whatsoever, with any person directly or indirectly involved in the matter.

4. The court has said in its order that as long as this matter is with the Special Court of NDPS, the accused will not do any such work which will have any effect on this case.

5. The order states that the accused shall not directly or through any means attempt to tamper with the witnesses and evidence.

6. It has been said in the order from the court that all the accused will have to submit their passports in the special court.

7. The accused will not make any statement or comment regarding this case on television, print or even on social media

8. It has been said in the order that the accused will not be able to go out of the country without the permission of the Special Judge of NDPS.

9. The court has said that in order to move out of Mumbai, the accused will have to inform the investigating officer in this regard and they will have to provide all the necessary information to the investigating officers.

10. The accused who have been granted bail by the court will have to register their presence by visiting the NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.

11. In its order on behalf of the court, it has been said that unless there is a necessary reason, the accused will have to be present in the court on every date of hearing.

12. The court has said in its order that once the trial of the case starts, the accused will not in any way cause delay in the trial.

13. Whenever NCB calls the accused for investigation, they will have to be present. He said that if the accused are not able to join the investigation due to any particular reason, then they will have to inform the investigating officers in this regard in advance.

14. The court said, if the accused violates any of these conditions, the NCB shall be entitled to apply directly to the special court for cancellation of his bail.
