HUL donates 29 ventilators to Maharashtra’s hospitals to help in Covid19 fight

Hindustan Unilever Ltd. providing 29 ventilators worth Rs 3 crore to government hospitals in Maharashtra in consultation with the public health department.

The ventilators are being delivered to Thane health department and then it will be distributed to several hospitals across the city.

HUL said in a press that three neonatal ventilators and two AR 100c ventilators were delivered a few days before, and a batch of five Philips ventilators was delivered today.

The remaining ventilators will be delivered in the next few days.

Few days before HUL had donated 5000 sets of PPEs, 20,000 masks,2,00,000 gloves,113 pulse oximeters and 28 oxygen concentrators.

Not only thisIt also donated 1.5 lakh packs of Horlicks to provide immunity to health are workers and providers as they tirelessly fight against coronavirus.

In the month of April, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. had announced a commitment of INR 100 crore towards helping India fight the covid-19 pandemic.
