The Anil Kapoor and late actress Sri Devi starrer Lamhe completes its 30 years on 4th November. The movie received numerous awards including National Award for Best Costume Design. In this movie, Sri Devi was seen playing a double role and the plot was told to be much ahead of its time. The movie is one of the iconic movies of Bollywood and has broken many records.
Sharing some pictures from the movie the actor went down memory lane and wrote a beautiful caption for his post on Instagram. He captioned it, “Celebrating 30 years of Yash Chopra’s best Lamhe…So glad I took the leap of faith and decided to be a part of this iconic film. #30yearsofLamhe.” The photos made Anil Kapoor’s fans nostalgic.
He also said,” Sometimes, when your intent is honest towards a film, it always pays off. This happened to me in all the films I have done. I sacrificed a lot to fulfil my commitments towards the filmmaker and the script,”.
