IRCTC cancels all the passenger trains till June 30 except for Shramik and Special trains

The Indian Railway suspends all the train reservation till June 30 except for Shramik and special 30 trains started by the government for migrants. Railway said, all the ticket booked of these trains will be refunded.

The Railways has cancelled all the trains from March 22 to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

From this week, Indian Railways started special 30 trains from Delhi and other major cities. These special trains will have only air-conditioner coaches. Fare of these trains will be the same as Rajdhani Express.

Passengers can book their tickets from Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) app. The ticket counter at the railway station will close for preventing the virus and also tatkal will be also close for now.

There are certain rules which every passenger has to follow. Only confirmed ticket booking is allowed on a railway station. There will be no platform ticket. Every passenger has to wear a mask. All the passenger will go through screening.

The passenger has to come before 90 Minutes to go through all the rules and screening. If anyone has any symptom then they are not allowed to travel. The only passenger who doesn’t have any symptoms are allowed to travel.
