The 35-year-old “Kick” actress, Jacqueline Fernandez, recently had been taking cupping therapy sessions. Cupping therapy is described as an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts some special cups on the skin for a few minutes which creates suction.
Cupping therapy helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and can be also used as a type of deep-tissue massage. The actress has previously expressed being a fitness enthusiast by sharing her pictures and videos in gym gear.
This evening the actress has posted a selfie of herself in a white lace bra on her social media account. The actress is seen showing off a heart-shaped mark on her shoulder after taking the therapy. In the caption, Jacqueline mentioned that she is hooked on the therapy and looks forward to future sessions, she expressed this by captioning her post with, “I’m hooked!!“
