Labour Ministry announced new EPF rules, everything you need to know

Labour Ministry has allowed over 6 crore subscribers of retirement fund body to withdraw the cash not considering their three months basic pay from their EPF account.

The Labour Ministry has issued the information on March 28, 2020, to revise the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952.

The decision is taken in under the consideration for the country to fight against Covid-19.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the workers and employees who are working in factories or any other companies and who are under the EPF scheme and take the benefits of non-refunded able advance.

The amended Employees Provident Fund Scheme 2020, has come on March 28 to work.

After this information came, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has issued the work to its field officers to proceed with the application so that the workers and employees can fight this situation
