Netflix’s newest Christmas rom-com, Love Hard, stars some of your favourite celebrities. The film, directed by the same team behind Holidate in 2020, is about an online dating store that goes horribly wrong. Following a love interaction on a dating app with an East Coast boy named Tag (Darren Barnet), LA journalist Natalie (Nina Dobrev) journeys across the country to meet him, only to find out she’s been texting Tag’s boyhood friend Josh (Jimmy O. Yang). On Thursday, Netflix released the official trailer for Love Hard Movie.
The storey follows a love-struck LA woman who meets an East Coast guy on a dating app. She had planned to surprise him for Christmas, but she was catfished. The object of her desire, however, lives in her town, and the con artist promises to set them up if she pretends to be his girlfriend for the holidays.
Netflix’s original movies are usually released at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and 3:01 a.m. Eastern Time. We don’t expect the streamer to deviate from its schedule, so expect Love Hard to drop at these times. Are you ready to see Nina Dobrev from The Vampire Diaries get catfished? These aren’t the only characters in the movie. A large number of individuals perform supporting parts. It’s worth noting that this will be Nina Dobrev’s first time starring in a Netflix original film.
