While most of the Bollywood divas shared their beginning of 2021 with new work, Parineeti Chopra might become one of them to give a big hit movie this year. Parineeti Chopra starrer “The Girl on The Train“, is all set to release on Feb 26 on Netflix, the news got announced on Wednesday.
Directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, this thriller movie is all set to create a remark. The film is an official Bollywood remake of the 2016 thriller “The Girl on The Train“, and is based on Paul Hawkins‘ best-selling novel. The story revolves around Meera (Chopra), who is attracted to the perfect lives of a couple. During her daily journey on the train One day, she witnesses something different and shocking and she goes to unleash the truth. The role is quite intense for Pareeniti Chopra and according to the teaser that had already been released, she did a fabulous job. In the movie, we will also see Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari, Avinash Tiwary, and Tota Roy Choudhury.
The official Twitter handle of Netflix shared the news through a tweet. “Join @ParineetiChopra on a train journey like never before. Warning: Board at your own risk,” it noted. The film was going to release in theatres in May 2020, but the spread of the coronavirus pandemic made the delay. Earlier, Parineeti informed her fans about the movie through an Instagram post.
“The most thrilling ride of my LIFE!!! Guysss the Hindi adaptation of #TheGirlOnTheTrain will release on 8th May 2020,” she noted
The actress again took to her Instagram feed and posted a picture captioning :
