Raj Kundra has finally gotten out of jail. He was involved in a pornographic case which was quite complicated. People have been questioning the businessman and his credibility. However, just a few days ago he got out of bail.
However, there were a lot of terms and conditions under which he was allowed to go. The court had given a few statements regarding his case “After perusal of the charge sheet, it appears that the allegations against the accused are that they are the mastermind of the alleged crime of broadcasting obscene videos through a particular app.” This was noted by the court.
Also, the court had added “It is better to mention here that the trial will take its own time and in such circumstances, it will not be proper to keep the accused in custody when they are ready to furnish surety for their appearance and to abide by conditions imposed by the court,“
Kundra was allowed to go on the basis that he cannot move out of the country without informing the court. He also cannot change his residence and phone numbers without prior notice. He was released from jail with a bail of 50,000 INR.
